That sounds like a dependency problem, Visual C++ or .NET Framework.
I see it comes up as an issue for several users.

I haven't encountered this issue in Windows 8.1, have not tried Windows 10 though.

Thanks for your help
I checked the first two links and realized that I had done the required work.
But in the last link, I found out that a series of dlls are because they are 64-bit versions, so he called them a problem.
Do you know how I can find version 86 or 32?
Because I have tested everything that is needed and it is really nerve-wracking
if the problem is with my system files, then why do other programs and games run without problems?
thank you again <3
It's always worth a look on Microsoft's website for a comprehensive list of dependencies.
For instance, I always make sure to download both x86 and x64 versions and keep them on a dedicated folder for future use. You never know when they might come in handy. From DirectX 9 to C++ and whatever else one needs.

It could be other programs do not require that specific dll file to run.

bro right now i instaleld DirectX 9 and all Redistributable Packages :D and the problem still persists
Do you know any reliable software that checks all the files?
Or test Driver pack solituon software for example?
Thank you for your help.
It's been a while since I've last played TW2, but as far as I recall there should be a folder titled "redist" in the main installation folder. Have a look inside said folder for dependencies and try reinstalling them.
I am not aware of a piece of software that can track and check to that extent unfortunately.
It comes up as odd that even after reinstalling the dependencies the problem still persists. I will try to investigate further, see if there is a reliable method to fix this.

This is also worth a look - even though it is for TW3, it should translate to TW2 as well.

Edit: I also found this article, worth a look at.

I assume you are using Windows 10, so, as mentioned earlier, this may very well apply to TW2 too.
Generally speaking, I would advise against third-party software or odd dll files from the web, most issues are usually fixed when the proper dependency is in place.
