e: just realise you prob wont know the pharse, mag = maglite touch, the orange is a reference to mainly usa cops with the coloured cones they use to attract attention orange, yellow that kind, erm let me find a pic.

i say cops even though its used by service personnel the world over, however maglites are not used in that case thus im sticking with my original statement.
