One of my favorite scenes from adventure games is from grim fandango where he is with mercedes in the train and tells her that she must enjoy the trip and not the destination(I'm paraphrasing the quote) I love that scene and dialogue

I love the part in Monkey Island where you have to joust insults with pirates. It was entertaining trying to figure which beginning matched which ending, especially with the last one with his never-seen-before insults.

Not sure I can think of a favourite scene. Favourite point and click would be between Monkey Island and Discworld, but Discworld might just take it as it is a bit more surreal which is more my style.
