Constructive Criticism:
Why not post in one thread on a regular basis instead of a new thread each time? Or, if that's not something you feel like doing, maybe make your thread title more descriptive of your original post. Which leads me to my next point...
Why not include a description of the item to which you are linking? I, for one, will never click on a youtube link that isn't identified.
