Hi I was just wondering what the average time until you get a reply for a support ticket. I only sent one about an hour ago but I was just wondering how long it takes.

Usually it takes 1-2 business days. Payment issues may be addressed a bit sooner (1-2 days, not business days), but that is the usual one. In cases where there is a bigger volume of tickets (like sales) it is possible to take longer, but more often than not the support crew replies sooner.
Be also aware that GOG is based on Poland, so Polish business hours.

P.S. You should have an e-mail confirming ticket delivery, and any replies will be to your mail as well. Should it take longer than 3 days to get a reply, poke one of the blues here or send a reply to the e-mail. But only if support hasn't responded.

To add to what JMich said - if you submit a support ticket after normal working hours, the soonest you can expect to hear back from support is the next day dependent on the urgency/ priority of the matter (like payment issues) and the volume of support tickets the GOG staff has to deal with.

If your support ticket is game related, you could always check the game specific forum or ask here in the General Discussion forum, you might get the help you need.
