On the url /simcity_4_deluxe_edition I can see that the game is "compatible with Windows".
When I however look at the right column below, it states again:
SimCity games on GOG.com:
SimCity™ 4 Deluxe Edition
Works on: Mac (icon)

When I click on that one, I'm sent back to the Windows version.
How can I buy this Mac version, now that there is a special deal price for it?

There is no Mac version, it only runs on Windows.
