You're still not getting it. Look at the attached picture in the OP. The script or whatever used on the site lists the same file at two different sizes, right after each other. Provided it uses Base10, it's not even two different sizes, but the same size, only expressed in two different ways.
No, it isn't a big deal. Read the OP properly. The words I use to describe the phenomenon are "odd" and "slightly amusing". Why does that apparently lead people to the conclusion that I'm angry about this? I just thought it was interesting, and decided to share it.

Actually, I'm pretty sure there is NO difference whatsoever, since it's the exact same file. It's only a matter of how the file size is shown.
