It shows me signed in anywhere except when I'm on a game page.

I was able to add and checkout; however, no game on account page and I got charged :/
Probably due to the server load currently.

Look on the bright side, I bought 4 games, and didn't get any of them (or a receipt) though my credit card was charged. I contacted support so I hope they get back to me and fix this.

As for you, I would probably keep trying till you are able to do so. I'm not sure there is much other than that, that can be done.

I know the feeling. :( I suggest contacting support as if you are charged then they need to provide what was purchased.

I'm also logged out at the game pages, I'm sure they're working on it!
i added the Fallout series hoping to gift them to someone and it's been disabled and i don't know how to remove them from my shopping cart. This makes it impossible for me to buy games now. Can anyone help?
And right now it seems to be working fine again for me

Mouse over a game in your cart and click the small "x" on the left side of the game (you should be able to do this in checkout too)

If the games you are after are on your wishlist, you can just click on the price of them on the wishlist page and they should be added to your cart.

I have the same problem of being logged out only on game pages, so this is the method I used to checkout.

Thanks, I had the problem because I was on my Windows 8 phone and "mouse-over" doesn't seem to be something IE on the mobile understands. Had to go to a computer to be able to do it, shall remember that for next time

I am glad I'm not alone, that makes me feel less silly over having this issue. I was hoping to play Shadow Warrior (2013) today but unfortunately it seems that won't be the case. I am so excited for Support to fix the issue for users dealing with this issue. :)
