I just searched eBay for physical copies of some classic video games. I thought that I might be able to find some cheap vintage games from people trying to get rid of old stuff cluttering their homes. Instead, I was very surprised to find that many old games are selling for ridiculously high prices. Games in old-school big boxes, in particular, are *very* expensive. Many of the classic LucasArts games are selling for $100 to $250, and it seems that some people are actually willing to pay that much. Are there any serious collectors here, anyone who has dropped a ton of money on used video games?

Bundles of loose discs can be had for reasonable prices. Find one with games you want, sell the rest.
