Yes, you guessed it right. On Tuesday we're releasing the remaining Unreal games plus the first part of Strategy First's high-octane racing series.
Unreal II: The Awakening Special Edition is the continuation to the original Unreal and was designed initially only for single-player alien extermination. But no worries all you frag addicts as we'll also release Unreal Tournament 2004 Editor's Choice Edition. This time the Tournament is bigger, faster and meaner. To remain in the atmosphere of fast-paced action the last, but not least release is demolition-derby racing game FlatOut. There's definitely something to wait for.
Is there a difference between Unreal 2 SE and the Retail version I purchased when the game was originally released?
I've recently installed it on my Vista PC and it works fine.
FlatOut for $6?
Hell YES!
I hope the Strategy First-deal will bring us some more goodies from Empire's back catalogue (and not just "recent" releases like Ghost Master and FlatOut). They released some decent sims in the nineties, I remember.
Awesome, I've been meaning to try out the FlatOut series for a while
Amazing game and great additions, but it seems odd to see all of these separate Unreal games going for $10 each when the collection, containing everything but UT3, goes for $10 retail. Just saying...
Just when I thought GOG is failing to amaze me lately... holy crap! All the Unreal games for such great price 1 by 1, great job! I already have the Unreal Anthology box, so I won't be buying them, but it's a great deal if you only need one or two of these. As for FlatOut, it's one of my favourite driving games ever, and I only stopped playing it because FlatOut 2 came out at one point :) Awesome selection, thanks guys!

I think Unreal 2 is just the original unpatched version, while the SE has all the patches, and most importantly, the XMP (eXtended Multiplayer Pack), which adds a UT2004-like multiplayer with many vehicles and stuff.

Many thanks for that :-)
Great, any chance of taking 2004 retail CD keys?

Sorry if this is a dumb question. But will this version of UT 2004 support mods? Like Killing Floor? And online play?

See the Unreal section of the forums. Mods work, online play should work as long as you have a valid CD-key.
