Did anyone pledge to Consortium's Kickstarter? Has the beta started yet? Thinking about pledging through Paypal but I'm not up for a long wait.

Yeah, I missed the KS, as well but Paypal pledges are still open and I'm wondering if the beta has started yet.

I have to say, this does look very cool and if Jeremy Soule is doing the soundtrack you can be sure it will sound amazing too

Nevermind. Found a comment on the KS saying that beta is estimated to start on the 13th. I think I'll hold off little longer then and see if beta does seem to get closer as that date approaches.

Its up on Steam with a Jan 9th release date. Sigh.

I think you ca buy it through humble indie bundle, and the developers said in the steam forum that they will probably release it on gog drm free after they have released it on steam. So it will most likely show up here somewhere in the future, if it will be tomorrow or next year.... that I don't know.

Possibly the same old story - maximise profit through regional pricing and a number of different editions.

Yeah.... charging 20£ for a 20$ game :/ bullocks IMO!

It's a steam greenlight game to, so I wouldn't be surprised if valve say "hay ok, we well greenlight your game, just sign here and have your game launch exclusively on steam"

Oh u r kidding. For an indie game? (regional pricing.... and yeah u maybe right about the editions since its a kickstarted game...)
