Share a story, a link or a picture about......birds!
It is the time of year when the swallows are breeding in our house, they are quite lively and chatty little fellows who never fail to put a smile on my face. :) Soon, the chicks will hatch, so the parents will be very busy gathering food, flinging poo out of the nest and attacking the cat, kamikaze-style. There may even be a second breed this summer.

Good luck,
Glory to Arstotzka!
Thanks, I'm in for Papers, Please

REAL Angry Birds :D
Great choice of games. In for Risen.

Additional participation, in this case, is for the birds. Pardon the pun.
I'm in for Risen, I must say given 4 games away is so generous, thank you RabiatorG0G
I am in for Papers, Please, please :).

There's a trail nearby where my parents live where there are a lot of chickadees. They are wild birds, but they have become accustomed to being fed by the people walking by. So if you stand still and hold out some seeds on your hand, they will flit right up, land on your hand, and grab some seeds before they take off again. It's great fun, especially for kids.

Thanks RabiatorG0G!

In for Nox, please.

I remember this one time I was coming home to my townhouse and I saw a baby bird crying on the welcome mat in front of our door, and there were a lot of agitated squawks coming from the tree in the yard. I figured I should give the bird as wide a berth as possible because I didn't want to upset the mama, but that was pretty tough considering the baby was right in front of the doorstep, and sure enough, just as I was about to get in the house I felt something hit me in the back of my head, like someone beaned me with a tennis ball. I hurried inside and made sure I wasn't bleeding or anything, which I wasn't. I checked outside a few minutes later but the baby was gone and the commotion had ceased. I assume the mama had managed to scoop up the baby and took it somewhere safe.
A week ago (or a bit more) a very small bird came to visit. But he got locked inside my house, so I had to isolate my cat in another room till I could safely take out the bird.

I would love Papers, Please. Thank you!

I would like to be in for Nox, please, 'cause *someone* who shall remain nameless is always GUSHING about how wonderful it is! lol~ ;D

Bird story? When I was a little girl, I had a yellow parakeet which I named "Sunshine." I would put him on my shoulder, and sing John Denver's song... Sunshine on my Shoulder makes me happyyyyy~ lol~
I would love Paper, Please...please, lol. Thanks!

My dog once caught a bird out of mid-air by jumping 4 feet up when it flew by.
I'm in for Risen. +1

Here is a funny pic about birds...

I'm in for Silent Storm! (the stupid thing is that I saw it on Insomnia promo, and it sounded like the most awesome turn-based, but I was turned off by the somewhat-realistic WW2 settings ... when I had decided that I wanted it, it was too late.)

Ornimegalonyx was an now extinct giant owl that measured 1.1 metres in height. Its the largest bird that have ever existed.

I really love this image, that thing look so absurd with its long legs:

Really temtped for Papers Please, but no - may it find someone who has actually the time to play it.

As for birds:
I always found it fascinating whoe clever crows and ravens are. They can read traffic lights, for instance: They place walnut or chestnuts on the tarmac when the lights are red. Then they wait for the change. When the lights are red again they pick up what what smashed by the cars.

Also they're very social. We once had a crow that had been attacked by some cat in our backyard. The crow nation not only sent two bodyguards to prevent further cat attacks, but also provided the hurt bird with food until it was able to fly again. That's IMHO pretty impressive.
I'm in for Nox, thanks for the giveaway!

I got an achievement for shooting down all the birds in GTAIV and my least favorite section of TLJ is that of the Alatien. So, as you see, I'm not really into birds, but I do have a short video to share, which I found to be really fun and interesting.
