I have to say, Origin is looking better and better. Between auto adding previous purchases and now this, I would use it over Steam, everything else being equal.
OH EA SHOWED US MERCY AND GRACE

SO WE CAN PLAY GAMES WE PAID FOR WITH OUR MONEY

EVEN IF WE SAY WORD PUSSY ON A FORUM

BLESS EA.
Meh. They should just ban their whole Origin account and forget those fucks ever existed.

Assuming they used cheats in online gaming, that is.
It's mostly connected to the issues when EA banned entire accounts of people who used bad language on EA forums.

It was like it - if you were banned on EA forums, you were banned from your games. Now you still will be banned from multi, but you may play offline games, if you say something bad on forums.

Valve: Good
EA: Evil

Yeah, unfortunately this does sum it up rather well.

Fuck EA.
I have to say, EA seems to be getting a lot of mileage out of this statement with some people, more than you'd expect.
Fuck EA! They practice the most draconian treatment of customers I've ever seen. I remember when Dragon Age 2 came out, which was the only time I cared to visit their forums, any negative comments about the game would be treated like terrorism. And so rude.. "End of line". Terrible terrible company. Their "award" was well-deserved.

GOG is on the opposite side of the spectrum. That's why as a gamer I love this place. I hope it stays this way and NEVER gets bought out. It's the yang that keeps this industry in balance still.

This would be more awesome if EA didn't ban people's access to games due to forum posts. People have been banned for QUOTING posts that had curse words in them.
