I see the Tzar ini but it doesn't have toggles for screen size.

Is there another folder where data for this game gets stored?

The setup.exe goes up to 1024 x 768 but when ran it doesn't even look that large.

There is a shortcut "Settings" in start menu but it has only 2 options: 800x600, 1024x768.
I got a screenshot while running the game and it's really 1024x768.
Of course it's distorted since my monitor is 16:9.
