You can trade your code here with someone either for a GOG game or something else.

http://www.gog.com/gamecard/the_witcher
Here you can see what is the bonus content.

Hope I helped
If you go to the game's store page, you will see a list of extras. The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Director's Cut has a ton of extras. If you have a redemption code for GOG, you can only use it on GOG, it will not work on Steam. The GOG version of the game does not require a Steam account to run.

As far as I know, the only difference between the Steam version and the GOG version is that the Steam version will work on Macs as well.

D'jinni Adventure Editor, Two new adventures offering 5+ hours of gameplay that is what steam says and there is no mentioning at gog on it so ... i dunno if GOG has it and like i said the map.

D'jinni Adventure Editor was introduced in version 1.3 of the Witcher, and it's included in GOG.com version (and it should be included in all versions of the Witcher, since it is considered a part of the 1.3 patch). As for the adventures, not sure which are included in Steam package, but take a look here for a list of mods and 2 adventures that might be the ones included in steam's version.

P.S. If someone can tell us which adventures are included in steam's version, I'd like to see who made them, and if steam has permission to distribute them.

Edit: The map is included in the extras as well.

Just checked my install of GOG's version, there is indeed the Adventure Editor. I'm assuming the "Two new adventures" were added for the Director's Cut or Enhanced Edition, and as such will be included with the GOG version as well. And the GOG version has 2 (two) maps included as bonuses for download, not to mention the variety of other bonus downloads.
