SirPrimalform: I think I see what you mean now... You want to find something that will let you plug the yellow composite cable (that comes with the wii) into the component input on your TV?

I'm still confused by this. The yellow and green cables your TV has are non-standard cables, and really have nothing to do the equation other than they require a female-to-female adaptor, because they have male ends (very unusual because the cords are so short).
If you want a composite (Yellow-video, Red/White-stereo sound) to component converter (Red, Green, Blue-full colour band video, red/white-stereo sound) you would have to upscale the signal. Originally all signals are RGB, but are downconverted to send a more compressed (smaller) signal to bring down costs and cable quality requirements, in exchange for some visual quality.
