According to GoG, my first purchase (over 2 years ago) was Myst V. It was hugely on sale at the time, a friend had recommended nailing the GoG deal, and My Mom wanted to play it. We do have a store/boxed version somewhere, and the graphics are lovely, but we had technical issues with our disks and Mom hadn't wanted to fight with getting it going. it was reasonable to hope the GoG version would run better, which it does - though both in her game and mine, we still had a problem with missing some cut-scenes the last time we played (according to other players.) This included a critical one in my game that meant an important triggered change..um..didn't. In fact, I'm not sure I've ever seen the end of the dratted thing. When the game got annoying, it reminded me of other annoying events/memories, and I would just walk away from it.

First game I bought just for myself was "Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures" which ran fine and was quite enjoyable.

My 1st game on gog was Planescape: Torment, got it as a prize from another site's promo campaign. It's probably my favourite game and also the reason I decided to stay (anticipating some other great games would find its way here ).

My first "purchase" was Fallout 1, 2 & Tactics, since it was the time GOG was giving them for free before deletion. The real first game bought from GOG was... oh crap.. I have no idea! Perhaps Baldur's Gate?

I don't have a specific favorite but Beneath a Steel Sky is pretty awesome and I got for free, yay!

My first Gog purchase was the Might and Magic bundle (including the HoMM series and Crusaders).
Favorite for me was FTL because it got far more play time than I ever expected. I still play it from time to time.

I'm in for Bad Mojo Redux

First game I got on GOG (or actually gameS, plural :-) ) were a bunch of games on sale during Cybermonday last year, that was also the day I finally decided to join the site. Couldn't wait to get my hands on fantastic adventure games like Syberia 1&2, The Feeble Files, Simon the Sorcerer and a few others at these incredible prices!!! My favourite purchases however must be the Gabriel Knight games, together with the Space Quest, King's Quest and Police Quest bundles. Love, love, love me some goooooood Sierra adventuring! :-)

Gee, man, you are something else! Although i wouldn't like to ask favors from people i don't know well, especially gifting ones, if you are serious and you can indeed afford it, i would be thrilled to have, "Arx Fatalis". This game has always been special for me. I had bought it when its collector's edition had been out. But i never got to open it, myself. I wrapped it in a fancy paper, and gifted it as it had been, to my closest friend, of that time, on his birthday. (A friend who actually betrayed me, turned on me, and abandoned me dumbstruck, nearly 2-3 years later. And he even tried to hook me up with his younger sister, which also had been a sl*t, and laying down with boys from high school without me knowing, since her early teen years (i won't say number).

My first purchase had been the witcher 2, but i doubt it counts as one. Because i had bought it in retail, and redeemed the code in GoG! So, the second purchase, is The Witcher 1! Technically, the witcher series are my first game purchased here. My favorite game around, at least up until this point, is the remake of Shadow Warrior! I simply LOVED this game!
