Zeewolf: Sounds good, but please also release some more games. It's been too slow lately. :-)

Don't worry, our team is working on some really sweet new deals as well. The future looks bright, that's all I can say :-).
Meanwhile, we're tuning in to our 1st anniversary celebration with a special Buy 1 Get 1 Free deal for Interplay's catalogue. We do not plan anything like this again anytime soon (maybe even ever), so it's a pretty unique opportunity to stock up on some great classics for a superb price and clean up the personal wishlist a bit as well ;).
Btw, I know the anniversary thing start tomorrow, but let me be the first to say it: thank you, you all have made this possible!!! :)

Kingoftherings: Hey, you didn't mention Interplay, can I assume you meant all games are eligible? :D
Either way, thanks GOG!!!! <3333

Quoting the original article: "free Interplay game for every Interplay game purchased". I've edited previous post to avoid any confusion :)

drhasenbein: Could you please stop partying for 5 minutes and put the promo on the frontpage so we can give you our money :o)

We're getting there.... Just few more tweaks and we'll be launching.
In the meantime, feel free to help us spread the word on twitter with #GOGpromo hashtag (that is if you're a twitter user :). It will be integrated with the promo page btw.

DrIstvaan: Launch? Tweaks? Sounds good!
And while you're here, could you tell me how this promo will work? For every two Interplay games, will a discount of $5.99 appear? Or will we get a promo code e-mailed?

It works within the order, so if you select 4 games, you pay only for 2 of them and the remaining 2 are free (discount is calculated on the payment page automatically). Obviously it's wise to select games in pairs: If you buy 5 games, you won't receive any promo code for the missing, 6th game. Everything will be explained on the promo page in the rules :)
