My first thought when watching the trailer was that it seemed similar to Surgeon Simulator 2013 (the PC in the game looked similar), then it turns out it is made by the same folks. :) I enjoyed Surgeon Simulator 2013 and would get this one too if it doesn't cost a lot of dough.
