Argh! I can't seem to post a feedback/contact us form without the website bouncing me back to "choose the type of feedback" 4 options page. I ordered Grimrock for a friend but accidentally hit "purchase for me." I've tried writing Gog.com's contact form 5-6 times, each time I hit send it bounces me back to "choose type of inquiry." WTF?!!

This means that you've sent them 5-6 support requests. The form is currently bugged and it may not display the sent message, but it is working as intended (or at least I think it is).
The form is working, the confirmation is broken. Don't worry, they've got your support requests.

The team isn't huge and it's in Poland, so it may take a day or 2 of your local time to get back to you.
It's just GOG. They sometimes choose to introduce some new looks to the site instead of fixing old bugs. You will get used to it :P

Support tickests work just fine, it's just you never are informed if your email was sent or not. But it is.

You shouldn't feel bad. GOG has to fix this. I wonder how many support tickets they get nowadays which are just duplicates...
No need to feel bad at all. This is a bug that trips a lot of people up. The bug needs to be fixed and it would be great if feature suggestions made in the wishlist item thread about support tickets were (re-)implemented. So I was providing the link so you could vote to let GOG know it is important!
Thankfully they acknowledged the problem and will be looking into it:
