Yeah..I think i been charged twice for my purchase because of server hanging..

Yeah this is pretty bad. It keeps asking me to create an account when I click on things, even though I'm logged in, and my cart won't update. Also the search doesn't work :[

This is quite bad, last year I was able to get in and out of the store all the time. Yet this and the 24 hour deal have brought their poor servers to their knees.

Our highest traffic day ever was during the Insomnia sale--we ordered double the servers of that sale, and it still wasn't nearly enough. We're rolling out another order of the same size in the next hour or so, and then we should be good to go.

New servers are rolling out as we speak. Once they're done, we will have quadruple the servers we were running during our previous highest-trafficked day on the site ever, which was during the Insomnia Sale.
