I'm holding out condemning the guy until he replies. I think I have 4 of 230 that don't work and having those 4 falls totally on me,t hat being said I know how frustrating it can be to not have a game working. The again if only 5 of 30 are working why did you keep going to 30? Didn't it occur to you around 10 that there might be a problem?
