hedwards: Or perhaps really go all out and move to Cuba.
Stopped smoking some months ago. Cuba would be purgatory to me :(

If you drink enough rum, you'll forget about the tobacco thing ...

I gotta disagree. I have quit both and the reason I quit both was that each made me want to do the other a whole lot more. I don't know how people in AA manage by chain smoking; I have a cigarette my first thought is, "I need a shot to go along with this!"

Sure, but if you drink like some Cubans do, you'll soon forget that you had quit smoking...

Or, you eat your tobbacco, and inhale your rum. Problems solved.

Yeah now they tax you to leave :p
Who cares about Crimea? I just want cheap GOGs, not another Korea or Vietnam.

I stopped drinking some time ago, but I'm still a chain smoker. It just seems to work for some people...
Smoking is the only good excuse I found to leave my desk at work for a while :)

XD You know one of the biggest reasons I was able to quit was related to that; I used to cherish just getting out of the store for a few minutes. Then I became self employed and also the 260 inches of snow helps. You will seriously reconsider your addiction when you are trying to light up in a fucking blizzard.

I've often considered carrying a pack of cigarettes for similar reasons. It's a little magic box that allows you to escape various social situations and go outside for a while. I wouldn't actually smoke them, but I'd happily fib to abandon a dull dinner or the like. Sadly, it was something I would think of when I needed them, and then forget by the time I next went shopping.

Now I have two autonomous excuses that run out of patience long before I do, so I don't need the cigs anymore.

Actually it's a nice occasion to meet and have a short chat with people sitting in other offices. So, smoking is pretty social for me :)

I have a shop right next to my house :) And one right next to my office :)
Don't know what would have to happen to prevent me from geting a pack of cigs... apart from some national holidays :)

Cancer worked for me, but I wouldn't advise getting it.
