There is on the Steam store. GOG doesn't provide Steam versions for any games. It's a competing service, the advantage being that it's DRM-free (meaning you can use it anywhere on any computer without having to be connected to Steam).

Don't worry, people ask about that stuff here all the time. It's comprehensible that people are confused when they see a game here that is presumably a Steam exclusive (because any other merchant will only sell keys for the Steam version or something).
