It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Ok, I must have taken the idiot pill tonight, cause I have no idea on how to download my games from the shelf. If I click on any of my games, I get a drop down that looks like the attached pic. No choice to download the game files itself. In the attached example, I can only download manual, pics, clue book, and music tracks.

Thanks for any help.

- ctrl-F5
- last resort: change IE to some other browser
Looks more like your browser took the idiot pill.
Make sure you have JavaScript enabled.
Well, I look in internet options for javascript. The only thing list is Java Plug In 2 SSV Helper. Where would I look for JavaScript?

I looked in options, both Active Scripting and Scripting of Java applets are both enabled.

Instructions for various browsers here
This time I noticed that the compatibility mode icon was highlighted in the menu bar. I clicked that and now the games screen shows correct.
I wonder what changed. I've run IE 9 for quite some time now.
Oh well, as long as everything is working now.
Thanks for all the input.
