The Storm is once again starting to come into view as the last of the Eye of the Storm has passed. I can not believe that we are at Week Forty already, only a few weeks left until we reach that magical number Fifty. So, buckle up its bound to be a rough ride as the Storm continues to Rage.

I'm trying something that was suggested in this forum a few days ago,
sitting buck naked at the PC.

I can't drink beer like bud, miller or the other popular kinds. Can't stand the taste for some reason, makes me feel kind of sick. Not an insult to the drinks, it actually makes me ill. Stout like Guinness is fine though. I can drink that all day even though the next morning is never pleasant. Wish I was talking about a hangover :(

I do drink a lot of Cider. Mainly Bulmers (Think it is called Magners in the UK) but other kinds also.

The Storm has risen again! Please count me in. Risen looks really promising. Afaik, it's from the German developers who did Gothic. I've never played any of them, so it'd be a real joy to win it! (*winks at Lady Luck)

I'm more into wine than beer, especially during winter. But in summer, there's nothing better than sitting in a beer garden with some friends, enjoying some salted radish, tomatoes, cheese, pretzels and a cool litre of beer! ... Anyway it's winter ;-)

So 2013 was the year of Eador for me, played not much else. Prette impressive for a singleplayer game.

But, what's on my mind? Middle school students. It's a very interesting age. I've been teaching some of them. So many decisions that we make all the time, and they are making for the first time. For example: loyalty to a friend versus being cool. You can just watch their hearts ache right in front of you as they choose to either sacrifice their own standing in the group for the sake of their friend, or throw the friend under the bus in order to get that approval from a group of peers.
