Cheers again Lou - not in, and I don't make resolutions for the new year. I prefer to make such things when a lesson or turning piint has been reached in life as it's the only way to ensure that it remains with me.

Also, a better diet with more "green" and "red" & sugar plus longer walks outside, and later add to that regular exercises at least 3 times per week for 20 minutes each can fix that. And once the body has better resistance, add 10 to 20 minutes more of exercices with weights, and if you can, add running or cycling once per week to the whole formula, and you'll be in shape in no time. At least, it worked for me... ;)
The exercise won't be a problem. Though i'll have to switch running with cycling and/or swimming because of my bad knee. And I have to stay away from cookies because I'm kind of a sweet tooth.

I'm not going to go into the details of my resolution because its actually the same as last year because I failed; and failure is embarrassing :( However, I will say it's not a typical one like lose weight or quit smoking. In truth, it will be one of the biggest achievements of my life if I succeed, so it also be next year's resolution as well, if necessary :)
