Somewhatgamer: I'm sorry for being newbie in this forum but do you mean those blue orb posts or what? I haven't seen any of these "blues". Are they mods or workers for GOG?

HypersomniacLive: Ah, sorry - a "blue" is a GOG staffer, because when they post in the forum their posts appear in blue text.
So, basically what I meant was to PM a GOG staffer to draw attention to your several_days_old support ticket.

Just keep in mind that even if you PM one, you might still have to wait until tomorrow as it's after normal working hours by now.

I'm getting worried here.
I'm really sorry about the delay - your ticket was assigned to me, but it slipped through the cracks when we were rushing through the torrent of regular tickets during the promo...

We're experiencing issues with paysafecard support in a handful of countries, and we're in the middle of an investigation with a third party. Until we're 100% sure where we stand, we don't want to make an official statement about these issues.

If possible, please use a different payment method, as paysafecard will not work for Finnish users until (and if) we can get this resolved.

To clarify, the countries affected, that we know of, are Canada, Croatia, Finland and Mexico. The underlying issue for each country is different, which makes the matter all the more complicated.

We'll have this sorted as quickly as is humanly possible, and will either have these problems fixed, or make it clear on the checkout screen that paysafecard is absolutely not supported.

At the moment I don't have a possibility to use any other payment method so I guess I just have to wait to get it fixed.

Sorry for bumping this 6 month old thread, but I'd like to know from someone at GOG: Have the PaySafeCard payment problems for Canada been resolved?
