i have tried re installing it multiple times, but it wont launch at all,
please i need help
i dont know what to do

Do you have .NET installed? IIRC the GOG Downloader is a .NET application and thus requires it to be installed.

Won't launch automatically through accessing your games in the shelf, or won't launch when you go through the Start menu? Or both?

For me, in the game shelf, I have to turn it on, turn it off, and turn it back on again to get it go. Using the Start menu, it fires up after about 5 seconds.
