I wonder why they are pulling the games.

It would be nice if they sold it directly from capcoms own website (basically cutting out the middleman known as ms/sony);
however I don't think you can move a file from usb storage device to internal hard disk, then install it. I think you still need to be connected to the internet for that, not sure.

Any particular reason why Capcom is pulling these games?

Also, PSN is having a 50% off sale on Capcom titles and not XBL.

Yes, Marvel was acquired by Disney in 2009.

I forgot Disney owned marvel.
Disney doesn't want anyone else to exploit their properties, they want 100% of it for themselves, and I'd do the same thing if I owned ips.
