I have now written back to them and asked for a refund, since I consider that omission to be false advertising.
If you click on the games on their website to get more information it does say that it's steam only. But it should say on the main site too, yes. But they never mentioned that it would be DRM free or cross-platform anywhere, so I would not consider it false advertising either.

Hmm, I don't have Critical Mass, Fortix, or Bunch of Heroes yet. Have the other two games already.

But I'm not sure I wanna pay even $1 for those three....

Are any of the Albums really really good? (I'm thinking something as good as VVVVVV / Frozen Synapse / Ravenmark soundtracks)

Casey Lalonde's stuff can be previewed at Bandcamp. I'm not sure about the others.

That quote was actually in reference to the Be Mine bundle that was being discussed. But yes, not mentioning that it's Steam only is out of order.
