Thats gotta be one of the worst trailers I've ever seen.

What with the steam message showing the developer name, and horrible editing and titles. Yikes, these indie bundles are really starting to get lame.

kalirion: Did indiegala have launch issues? I know Indie Royale's 2nd bundle did.

I truly doubt IFC will be popular enough to experience that, unless their servers are really bad of course.

AFnord: IFC has been featured on many different gaming sites, so it has garnered a lot of attention. Time will tell exactly how popular this bundle will actually turn out to be, but $8-10 is not a whole lot for the content. The value of the individual games are:
Sol survivor: 9€
Still Life 2:9€
Booster trooper: 5€
PAM: 10€
Avencast: 9€
Dead Horde: 9€
Runespell: 9€
Greed: Black Border: 4½€

The fixed price might scare away some of the HiB low-buyers, but if anyone is actually interested in any of the IFC games, the price is quite good.
It is a lot when u consider bundles from previous offers averaged around $5 for starters (or pay what you want)
shame its steam only

But out of the fixed price bundles that I've seen, this one has the best price:value ratio.

I agree. It is horrendous.

What i mean is, the starting price is a tad high. Next you know other bundles will think 'Why dont we do that too?' and then we have price creep. But i guess 'value' is subjective. To me Avencast, Runespell,Sol Survivor (maybe Still life 2) are only ones worth it in the bundle.
The countdown is up: 5 days and 13 hours till the bundle goes live.

You both keep calling it IFC. Surely it's IFK?

IDK
Bundle looks pretty interesting, but I won't preorder. I will wait until I know for sure this is legit . Since it's a new initiative, I don't want to risk to be screwed.

No wonder why they disabled the comments :D

Are there still doubts about the legality of the bundle?

The bundle is even mentioned on Runespell's website.

I contacted the "owner" after I pre ordered the bundle without it asking for any of my info or confirming receipt of payment.

The guy was nice enough, explained that they use the email from the paypal account that you use for payment, and that email confirmations aren't available yet as the confirmations contain the game keys.

I got the impression that he was a young guy trying to earn an honest buck, and for that he has my respect. However, it does seem like things could have been more well thought out.
The scene is over saturated with bundles now. I know I won't be bothering with this one or most others as a result.

The doubts are only based on the fact this is the first time this company launches a bundle, so I'd rather wait. Also, I'd like to avoid any technical difficulties, if present.

Don't blame me, I'm young and impressionable, so when someone does something wrong, i tend to follow suit.

Dunno, this might have been a good value-for-money bundle if it consisted of more than just a bunch of Steam keys. If you're only interested in one or two of them, chances are you could get them just as cheap or for even less in a Steam sale. Of course, if you're interested in quite a few of them and don't mind the restrictions the bundle comes with, then it might be a good deal, but in my book it's stretching the definition of "indie bundle" a bit and taking it into a direction I don't care for. I think I'd rather support the original HIB idea.
