Anybody seen this new US reality show? Any good?

US reality show and good probably shouldn't be in the same paragraph.

I liked the contender, and also kitchen nightmares us.

But in general, reality tv sucks. I hate things like dancing on ice and come dine with me (awful pretencious show that is in the u.k, on tv every day)

I ALMOST watched it but...it appears to be hosted by Robert Carradine and Curtis Armstrong and I'm a little sore at them because every time I see an interview with one of them they seem to intimate that the Nerds movies type cast them and crippled their careers. If that is the case then WHY do they keep doing the movies and now this show?!

You don't see Larry Scott, Timothy Busfield, or Donald Gibb bitching; they accept what the movie was and they move on. Hell, just the other day I realized Larry is the voice of the Paladin in D2! Hats off to Larry!

This show and its contestants are in a negative opinion for me.
Beyond my personal bias, though, the show doesn't seem that good, but I don't like reality shows in the first place.

Least you're not Irish, the Irish version is spammed ever day and then when you to watch british channels it is spammed there too :P

I think TBS would've been better off filming a group of nerds playing D&D for an hour. I think that would be more interesting than this show.

Seeing the commercials for it every single time I'm at the movie theater and TBS it just turns me off completely.

Has anybody out there been following season 2 of this show?

Probably because they want to earn money. If they're getting rejected from other roles because you're already typecast, it would be silly to ignore the opportunities that do pay.

It's the story of Gohan, set after Dragon Ball GT.

It's like any other semi-reality quiz/competition show really.
In this case a bunch of so-called 'nerds' competing for a prize by doing 'nerdy' things such as cosplay competitions and such. And hosted by two actors from the Revenge of the Nerds movies.
