I decided to buy the Weapons and Armor Pack and have Downloaded and installed it twice now. The items are not showing up in game at the Chest in the Started Town. I thought maybe in my personal stash in my house but not there either. Anyone have any suggestions as to where my DLC has gone? Thanks - Lou.

According to this thread, the DLC only works with the disc version of the game. (assuming you don't have the disc version)

They really do need to fix that if they intend to charge people for DLC that does not work with the downloadable version, or put up a gigantic banner stating YOU MUST BUY THIS ON DISK!!! YOU TOO LAZY??
So much for wanting their customers to be happy... Oh it is EA, accountants never care where the money comes from.
it could also be a regional thing make sure the account region and game region are same
you do realize that the company that made that game is dead. Don't expect any fixes

Irrelevant, if EA are choosing to sell the game and the DLC then they should either produce a fix for it. Remove the DLC. Or inform people of the incompatibility.
It is not like EA does not have access to plenty of coders who could work out a patch / fix. They just wont all the time money is floating in their coffers.
Thanks for the help - I did get the game free from + back in October so it looks like I need to find a disc to get the DLC to pop. Worse come to worse I will buy it from Gamestop and return it after getting the DLC to show up.

I am pretty sure I saw a alert for that in the description of the DLC a few months ago. I just looked again and I don't see it anymore.

Nothing mentioned on the PS Store were I got it from - Kind of New to the PS3 so I will have to be more careful in the future. I was able to find a disc available from the Local Library so that should solve the issue.
Just wanted to let everyone know having the Disc Version solved the issue. Once retrieved saves and content work just fine with the digital version.
