This may be the first we've heard of Paradox and GOG being in talks. Not sure.

GOG does not discuss any contract details, or lack of them. So no blue will give you an answer.

As for Paradox, they have said before that supporting a non-steam version of their games (they were referring to GamersGate at that point) wasn't making financial sense, so they dropped GG and went steam only. Add to it the fact that their business strategy is the long tail (aka a solid game and a ton of DLC for it), and they do have quite a few logistic things to discuss, without counting any of the financial issues that may arise.

Either way, GOG has released all the games it's going to release during 2013, and I think a possible Paradox signing would have had a few more rumors circulating. So no, Mount and Blade isn't coming to GOG in the near future.
