Looks more Mafia II character but still difficult to say..
Mafia II graphics are way way more modern than that though.
Not the Godfather either I don't believe, I've solved that one twice and the character doesn't look right.

SaleemHalem: Both of those games look too...new compared to the one in the screenshot. Graphics in the screenshot look dated.
