That's a pretty quite impressive list you got there so I'll reccomend what I can

Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath: a really cool FPS that really is a breath of fresh air compared to other FPS games released this generation, the "Live" Ammo is also really cool and funny as well

World Rally Fever: Born on the Road: very underrated Racing game from Team17, it didn't get that much attention when it came out and it still isn't getting much attention today, which is really unfortunate because it's a really well made game and overall just really fun
Some of th game I have and I think you should also give it a try.

The Witcher 2
A bit of a expensive option, but surely well worth it. The Enhanced Edition is also coming on April 17th too. Don't worry about buying it now though, you'll receive the update for free.

Gothic 3
No, not the Forsaken God. Forsaken God is by far the worst one in the series. Gothic 3 is the last entry of Gothic made by its original developer. It has its flaws but it is at least true to its root. If you love Gothic 2, this is the one to go.

Deus Ex
It is said to be one of the best RPG ever. Is that enough to convince you to try? It's enough for me.

Lands of Lore
Considered to be one of the most classic first person RPGs. I see you have Stonekeep and Might and Magic, and you just purchase Legend of Grimrock. This is something you should not pass on.

Trine
This game is just so beautiful! I admit that I bought it on steam solely for its graphic. But hey, the action elements is really not bad. The physics puzzles are also very creative and add some unexpected fun.

Gabriel Knight 1 and 2.

Out of the hundreds of games I've played, these are still my favorite ones of all time. I've played them through more than any other game, and I still pick them up occasionly.

These are the most well-written games of all time. Not only the storyline is gripping (9 months was used on background research alone for the first game) but the characters are my favorites as well. They act and sound like real people, with very human motivations. There is character growth and the stories have actual themes they explore. The atmosphere is incredibly strong, thanks to the skillful blending of real-life locations and historic events with fiction.

These are the most mature and intelligent games I've ever played. If you like good writing in a game, these are your obvious picks.

csmith: Just a note, he owns all of those. He is requesting suggestions of games he doesn't own (games not on the list). :)

F1ach: Thanks for the heads up, kinda weird giving a list of what you have, not what you are interested in buying, makes suggestions kinda random.

Anyway, deleted my suggestion.
I'm kinda sad to see that you didn't add more suggestions.

The reason I put my list of owned games up is that I didn't want to wade through post after post of suggestions to buy games I already own. :) I'm bored with what I have and wanted to see what everyone else was really into.

Winners coming up in a few minutes...just picking the last one now!
READ THIS WHOLE POST...I threw an extra winner on, and I don't want you to miss it if it's YOU! :)

Whew! Hope you guys didn't think I'd forgotten about you. As a rent-a-nurse, my schedule gets pretty crazy at times, and this week was one of those times, so I apologize for not logging in.

Thank you to everyone for some great game suggestions, and also for taking the time to tell me why. Some of you wrote so much about a game that it made me remember why I love GoG so much: we're so passionate about our hobby! (Sorry to the one or two of you who suggested games I already own ;)

The three games I chose (I had to wishlist them instead of purchase, thanks to GoG's weekend promo lol) and, with them, the winners (up to $10, please):

Perimeter: I missed this one here. Never heard of it, and am excited to try it! Thanks to Mnemon for the suggestion! Pick your free game, good sir!

Trine - Another game I've never heard of...and as soon as I read "Trine is a physics-based action game where three characters combine their powers" in the description, I instantly thought of one of my favorite games of all time: Lost Vikings. Thanks to scriptbr, mefjak, Lexor, muddysneakers, Roman5, Accatone, and PandaLiang for the suggestion. And the winner (courtesy of http://textmechanic.com/Random-Line-Picker.html) is...Accatone! Pick your free game!

Fahrenheit - Yet another game I've never heard of. I love you guys! Thanks to drevo2 for the suggestion...pick your free game!

If I didn't pick your game, it's probably just because these were the three that made me want to play at this moment. If I looked at the list on another day, I'd probably choose three different games. :P

So many of you rightfully scolded me on not having historically signifcant games (I dunno why I don't have Lands of Lore...I actually knew the developers back when they first released the game in Ogdensburgh, NY, for crying out loud), and put so much work into your posts, that I decided to randomize a list of EVERYONE else who hadn't already won, as a bonus. And the winner is...klaattu! Pick your free game, sir!

Thanks again to everyone. Hope you had fun revisiting your faves, and congrats to the winners. I'll be back tomorrow morning to pass out the free games to those who have chosen.

SpiderFighter: ...
As I am the bonus winner, does it have to be a 10$ or a 6$ game?

Thanks very much SpiderFighter and congratulations to the other winners

Congratulations people :)

Funny thing - i never though of Trine as of something like Lost Vikings - stupid me ;)

as of Fahrenheit - yeah its really good pick - it's from the same guys who made Heavy Rain - both games have great stories, great gameplay music is nice.

Once more congratulations and have a nice play-time with those games SpiderFighter

cheers
its not really
a good old game
some people will say its not old enough, and some will say its not good, but at list its a game (see what i did there )
but assasians creed 1 is a really fine game from the design, the story and even the gameplay.
also you will recieve heroes 5 with it - which is he best title in the series.

second game :
Bloodrayne 2 - i saw that you have the first one, so you will probably will love the 2nd.
there are many improvement in the second title in compare to the first one.

the third title is deus ex - I cant believe thats someone with tons of games didnt pick up deus ex yet. ffor my opinion its 10 times better than humen revulotion. YOU GOT TO PICK IT UP!

Thanks for making the giveaway!
Dvir

Congrats to the winners, I'm glad that great games like Perimeter and Trine are getting more attention because of this thread :)
I still need game selections and the email address used with GoG from Mnemon, Accatone, and drevo2...you can message me if you don't want to post here. klaattu has already chosen his game, I'm just waiting on the email address.

Perimeter is an excellent choice, I actually bought it physically a few years back.

Congrats' to the winners!
Thank you so much for the giveaway, SpiderFighter. This is the first time that I've won a game in the GOG forums! I hope that Trine won't disappoint you. I'm choosing Funcom's The Longest Journey. Thank you again.

You're very welcome...thanks for posting! Just shoot me a message with your GoG email please, and you'll be on your way to Ragnar Tornquest's baby in no time (I still love Anarchy Online after 10+ years, largely due to his writing)!
Okay, off to work I go. Two winners are now enjoying their games; two more need to message me with their email addys and game choice. Catch you all in the morning!
