For the record, opinions on whether to buy this game or not are on the reviews page for the game. So if you really hate it then use the time spent trolling the forum and do something constructive for once.

Space quest was a great release, but this, this is average.
The game is not good and thus should not be on here, especially at $10.

I define shovelware as a game that is just pushed out for sales, generally bad. Many chess, contruction games, pinball games like Chessmaster, are well produced and thought out with sophisticated AI, thus not shovelware. I will ask you the question, do you think every game released should be on GOG or just good games? If just good games then I think some games need to be left out whether they have followings or not.

I know I didn't like Simon 3D the first time around - didn't even finish it, but a decade later I decided to give it a go again and found it surprisingly good. Not amazingly good, but more than ok.
All I'm saying is, that we - the people - can't always trust the first impression we get - sometimes we have to let it grow on us...

robobrien: I think you're getting too hung up on the GOG name. It's been stated before but they are a business and the ethos behind them was releasing cheap old(er) DRM free games. And they do that. I agree they have some right old shit in their catalogue, and for those games my credit card stays in my wallet. If they had called themselves a different name, would you have an issue with what titles they released?
