I sent a ticket because a gamepack was not added to my gift libary / send. Added paypal transactioncode (Paypal sais transaction complete) and mail address of the recipent. This was around 18 hours ago. Meanwhile I didn´t got a reply from the support (only the "received your ticket-mail), nether the gift was added to the other account or my gift libary.
As there are only two hours the deal is active, is there a different way to get support? Or does someone know if I can give one pack back if I now buy it a second time and later they add the one from the ticket?
