I sent a ticket because a gamepack was not added to my gift libary / send. Added paypal transactioncode (Paypal sais transaction complete) and mail address of the recipent. This was around 18 hours ago. Meanwhile I didn´t got a reply from the support (only the "received your ticket-mail), nether the gift was added to the other account or my gift libary.
As there are only two hours the deal is active, is there a different way to get support? Or does someone know if I can give one pack back if I now buy it a second time and later they add the one from the ticket?

if you paid for it, then dont worry, support will get back to you eventually and the game will be added to your libary.
You got the deal. Sometimes it takes a bit of time for support to get back to you.

They should answer your question within a (business) day or two. And problems regarding payments usually get priority. Also be aware that they are located in Europe (Poland) and the business hours might differ in that country. Also these day the support team is busier because of the higher demands and payments.

Hope you can still make the discount deal.

Sorry you had to wait for your game for so long - you sent your ticket around the time we were all out of the office, and, even if my colleagues didn't point me to your post just now, you would have received your reply within the hour, most likely.
As for the underlying issue itself, we're doing our best to minimize (and, ideally, eliminate) cases when a successful payment cannot be properly registered, and, failing that, to solve such cases manually as quickly as we can.

(Edit: Oh, and I have, of course, processed your order and replied to your ticket, just before posting)
