As there are only two hours the deal is active, is there a different way to get support? Or does someone know if I can give one pack back if I now buy it a second time and later they add the one from the ticket?
As for the underlying issue itself, we're doing our best to minimize (and, ideally, eliminate) cases when a successful payment cannot be properly registered, and, failing that, to solve such cases manually as quickly as we can.
(Edit: Oh, and I have, of course, processed your order and replied to your ticket, just before posting)
