Usual reply time is between 1 and 2 business days. Polish business hours, should get back to you either today or on Monday.

Usually it's just a matter of a few days, though GOG's support department may not be fully staffed at this time of the year (or swamped with tickets due to the ongoing sales), so it might take a few days longer than usual at the moment. They won't forget your ticket, you'll just have to wait a bit.

Thx for teh info. This was my first order from GOG and I was concerned about not getting any sort of response. Ill give it a few more days and hope for the best.
