Anyone miss these two lovly pizza games ?
Is it a possibility to get them here to gog anytime soon ?

Thanks!
It took me a heck of a lot of time to figure out how to buy weapons. I was close to twelve when I first played this thing, mind you. Ice cream was ice cream for me. ;)

AHAHAHHAHA

I played PT when I was around 9. I had no idea how to make a good pizza or earn lots of money, so I always went around borrowing a lot, building one hell of an extravagant restaurant, and ended up getting beaten to death every single time.

I didn't know how to make a good pizza either, but i found out how to earn money - by doing jobs for the mafia. Even though it was just "show up here at this hour, be there at that hour", it was interesting to see how I raise in underworld ranks. :)
Later, as I grew older, I actually learned how to handle a restaurant and make pizzas well. Too bad I couldn't find anyone to play hotseat with me. I always wanted to try that.

Another great thing about the game were witty newspaper articles. I remember there were several about Ronald McDonald breaking from prison, fighting Col Sanders and more.
I loved PT! Never knew how to make money though, nobody ever came to my restaurants, so i ended up bankrupt in a week. Then i found out the underworld. I started making money, but my pizzerias still brought me down anyhow.:)

Anyone of You guys ever managed to make a newspaper add that actually made sense?

Yeah, I nailed it a few times with maximum score, I think. Can't remember what it said.
LoL

I also found out the "codes" for weapons after a while.
As many of you i could never get a good resturant earning money either , so i always worked my ass off for the mafia!

Hope the game will hit GoG one day.
Pizza syndicate and Pizza connection 2... two of my favourite childhood tycoon games :)
I love pizza syndicate!
I hope gog will make the game anytime soon :-)

Nice bump. ;)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fast_Food_Tycoon#Reviews seems to suggest it's a decent game. Maybe it would do well with the Theme Hospital crowd to some extent? I tweeted Activision Support with the idea. (They claim they're forwarding the ideas to the appropriate people; even if that ain't true, I feel good trying. ;)

When I was something around ten years old, I played Pizza Tycoon/Connection for hours...it was a fantastic game. the atmosphere was very well conveyed with the sometimes jazzy background music and the interesting and objectivly speaking, disgusting, things you could place on your pizza...
I always tried to create pizzas which would be appreciated by 'oldies'. well, it took ages to find out how you would inflict damage upon the competition.
Could someone tell me what the main differences between Pizza Connection and Pizza Syndicate are? ^^
I don't miss them, I play it every once in a while! It is a pretty complex game that aged very well. Can have fun with it like it wasnt old at all. I even have the original box with everything.
