So obviously there's plenty of time for me to wait for the game to come out, but I'd like to see if anyone knew something.

I'm someone that really likes physical copies of games. I like having collectors editions and stuff like that. However, I still want a DRM-free game. I did see that ozgameshop has a "day one" edition of the game which comes with the soundtrack/compendium/map/stickers , but no information on what service the game disk would use.

I never had a physical copy of Witcher 2, so I'm not sure how that one worked, but do people think that would work similarly?

Better idea, buy on gog, place onto physical media. Problem solved.
Very little craft skills on my side. What would be the best way to do that?

I use a 2nd HDD for all my gog stuff.

No I mean like placing onto physical media. What things should I look at for printing and visuals?

I wouldn't be the one to go for that. I would check out anyone in the custom inserts thread or whatever it's called.

The disc will use no service. It will be completely DRM-Free.

Alright. I'll try browse around for that. Thanks. :)

Thank you Gragar. :) I don't use Twitter, so that was helpful.

Would it be cut though? Violence etc.

I sincerely hope not... I hope R18+ in Australia actually means something.
If it does come the case I'll just buy a legit copy and find a better version.

Witcher 2 was not censored for violence, so unless CDPR really ramps up the gore factor, I doubt so.

SecuROM on the retail disks and Aus Censorship (no 'reward sex') were applied to initial physical editions of Twitcher 2, though the censorship was at least theoretically applied to digital versions as well. SecuROM was removed very quickly though.

No reason to think either will apply this time since the censorship was when there was not an R18 rating for games in Aus and it's confirmed there will be no drm on retail as well.

What about for boobies? That would be even worse. D:

Nah, man, not even the boobies. But CDPR should not even think of making a quest with sex as reward. BANNED!
I'd just go with gog version anyway, a download can't get scratched.
