Just copy the .PAK files to the ID1 (or Hipnotic and Rogue - if you own the mission packs) folders in the mod. no need for the disk as ALL original CD music is present in the mod in HQ .OGG format.

Interesting, I didn't realize that anybody had the rights to the music. Well, presumably Trent Reznor does, but it always seemed kind of odd to me that nobody could get a deal to include the music on newer copies of Quake.
I guess it is because the game is sold on Steam which is a Digital download service so they can't ship the CD's?

Maybe Steam should digitally deliver an ISO of the game CD's so they could be mounted with something like Daemon tools Lite so peeps could have a soundtrack when playing original Quake?
