Grargar: It's a damn shame the sequels sucked so much.
There was one I didn't mind so much that came much later on but I can't remember the name of it. It was about a brother and sister that come together to fight off an attack and it actually had a really cool ending where you see them using their powers top watch over each other.
im in for deus ex

i wanna play it to relive some of the good memories i had playing this game when it was first released

havent bought it yet coz either i missed the promo's or i had others on the wishlist that were cheaper at the time
I'm in for "Theme Hospital", -1 to you and thanks P1na :)!

I want to play this game because I enjoyed "Theme Park World" way back in the day on my PS1, and this game looks very similar (except the hospital setting). I also enjoy games with a lot of humour.

I have not bought it yet because I have never played it before so I was unsure if it's a good game. However, now there are many glowing reviews so I think it would probably be worthwhile playing. If it came up today at $2 I would actually buy it.
Thanks for the giveaway. I'd like to be in for Planescape: Torment.

1- Why do you want to play this game?
For me, in both games and movies the most important factor of quality is the story. It doesn't matter if it's the linear story or if I can choose what the story will be like. If that part is satisfied I'm super resistant to dated graphics or B movie effects. I've heard Planescape: Torment have excellent story and interesting character and that's why I would like to try it.
2- Why would you rather buy any other game over the game you asked?
If I had any funds for acquiring new games for my collection (which I don't) at this moment I would choose something that I already tried and know for sure it will satisfy me.

tinyE: Not in but since we are on the subject, I lost six points last night. I thought it was a max -5 per day.
I lost seven, it seem someone has figured out how to up the ante.
Thank you for the giveaway P1na, on the rep thingy, people should calm down on those buttons, I don't feel affected by it anymore, but I could understand someone who's just starting out here and would like to build a decent reputation for himself among the other regulars, having 30 rep and getting downrepped is like stepping on dog's shit at midnight while you're going for a cold glass of water to refresh your throat and you end up activating the doggy's AP Mine.

So don't feel frustrated about it, I'm getting downrepped as I'm writing this, from 246 all the way down, and I'm not giving one fuck about it, reasons for it? unknown, the one or ones that are doing it are not brave enough to tell me why so why should I care for him, her or them? or maybe they do it because they find it "fun" and they think they're ruining someone's day or something, if you're reading this and already hit the minus button as I know you will... fuck you, grow up kid.

I'm not joining the GA as I have almost all of the games listed and for the one I could join I'd rather give the chance to other GOGer.

Thanks once again P1na and sorry for the bad words. :)

Well said mister.
I down repped you for all the good it will do. I'm in for King of Dragon Pass.

The reason I want to play King of Dragon Pass is for its entirely unique feel. The hand drawn story boards are extremely appealing and have a sense of whimsy that is hard to describe. I've done a little researching on it and I love how the developers created it and continued to support and adapt it despite it not selling initially well. Just the scenarios that are shown in the screenshots seem extremely promising. The promise of a world ruled by archaic notions and the sword is very appealing to me and seems like the perfect role playing experience.

The reason I got other games over King of Dragon Pass is simple, I didn't know about it. It only came onto my radar a while ago after I was reccomended this game by someone here. Since it wasn't on sale since I became aware of it and its price was stable I figured I could wait to get it at a later date especially since other games that I knew and I liked from previous experience (but no longer have discs for) came on sale and there didn't seem to be any point in buying everything at once.

I once thought that I was cool and those but I noticed that I didn't have my pants on.

Turned up.. I was better with my trousers off.

Don't be. It's a giveaway thread, there's nothing to derail. If anything, you're giving some conversation to it, which is good.
-1 I'm in!

I am in for Deus Ex I have seen the game and almost bought it a few times. I loved Human Revolution so I assume that I will enjoy this one as well.

The reason that I have not purchased it yet is what if it is different from Human revolution in a way that I do not like.
Damn.

P1na: However, as a twist, I want this opening post to be downrated. Let's see how many people actually read the text when going for free games.
But I wasn't going for -

P1na: And if you're not in, don't up/down rep,
DAMN !
P1na, as much as I'd like to be in for Deus Ex (had a boxed copy but gave it to a friend some years ago, back then I found it boring and underwhelming but I'd definitely like to give it another go, with a new frame of mind), but I can't, for the life of me, downrep you.

Is it ok for me to be in all the same? At least let me upvote every other single post you made, if downrepping you in the OP is a sine qua non condition.
Not in but thank you for the generous giveaway. ^_^
