Every time I make a reply (or start a new topic) the message window starts with a line break already there (as you can see in this post, where I've left it for demonstration)

Is it just me? Does it happen to everyone? Is it a feature?

Just wanted to check...

Happens to me too. Didn't always. I believe it started a few years ago. It's quite annoying to have to delete it every time, actually.

Hmmm... Although, having brought it up (and left the space there) it doesn't appear to have shown on my post?

Still, it's annoying in an OCD kind of way.

It also happens to me, and I tend not to back it up to the up with fear of messing with something :p

Testing that theory...


Edit: Yup, it erases all the spaces at the start of the post anyway... I won't worry so much then (although my OCD will probably still make me erase it every time)
