I have Torchlight 1 GOG version on steam via non steam game but sadly older games like Roller Coaster Tycoon 1 won't work which is a real kick in the pants...

Kristian: No, GOG is a Steam competitor. There may be a development studio or two that allows you to do that. But as a rule the answer to your question is no.
