It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Stooner: Did you try renaming, deleting this "BlinkPlay" thing? I think you don't need that to run the game...
Maybe is an issue with the introduction video (not sure, never played CK), maybe you could also modify the video files? Just to see if it runs...

Pheace: That might work if you look at these comments on Binkplay for EUIII

http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?445411-binkplay.exe&p=10435098

There's also a number of threads where AV's are flagging it. I'd suggest trying what Stooner said.
Yeah, I saw some similar issues with Mount & Blade..
I don't see it here but I didn't check any of those links, but IIRC, you can bypass bink player problems in Paradox games by simply going into game directory, finding those videos and deleting them.

EDIT: Oh, now, after I posted it, I see Stooner suggested similar thing.

Pheace: That's understandable. Seems the binkplay paradox uses has given a lot of problems over the years. Have fun playing whatever you're playing :)
Heroes of Might and Magic... the first one. LOL.

Was a very quick download from my GOG shelf, and it's running fine, and you know what? The graphics really aren't that bad. I mean I saw the year and sort of prepared myself to be ready for horrible graphics again for awhile, but this game isn't bad to look at all. Nothing like today's graphics, but not so bad you just cringe all the time.

...if only we could update Stooners face! ;)

Love the first one, I need to get that somehow. lol
I just found out wizardry 8 on steam is DRM free. That made me a happy camper. (Would have bought it here but couldn't.)
