My all time favorite cartoon character is Donald Duck! I collect DD items and find him to be funny :)
I can even talk like him LOL. Have had a whole conversation with people as Donald, it's either a neat experience or they look at me like I'm crazy :)

City Hunter/Ryo Saeba

Would like people to see the secondary layer of this anime. It's funny and sad at the same time. If you pay attention you will get some of the Ryo's story and you understand that everything he does is a front for some nasty inner scars.

As a kid I always liked a lot Beast Boy from the Teen Titans TV Series. I wished that I could be like him, transforming into any animal! :p

Anyway, thank you for your continuous giveaways, but I'm not in. As for my favourite cartoon characters, nothing beats the all-time classic duo of Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner.
