I'll throw Heretic Kingdoms into the obscure games mix, at least for me :) I never heard about it before it got here but it was certainly worth the experience :)

Another obscure game would be Smugglers V, I hardly ever see anyone talking about that one :)

Papers, Please is awesome! You have no idea how many times I played the demo while waiting for the full game :D

Knock Knock is pretty cool too but it's definitely one of those games best played at night with headphones on. Even though it's done in an animated style, it still managed to send shivers down my spine a couple of times :)

Speaking for myself, I'd love to have The Void here as Ice Pick Lodge makes some of the most interesting games around :)
